| CORRUPTION CONTROL: A POSSIBILITY by SND The corruption has a long stretched channel however that begins from a small staff or a group of individuals. When an individual is caught red handed in a corruption deal, the lowest ranked staffs are made scapegoat for not veil off the bigger fishes. An individual or a group of people who often carry corruption are always protected from the top level party leaders because they are at least honest to political creed and party affiliation.
